Information about SAIL

We hope you find lots of helpful information as you explore our website. If you have any questions - big or small - we’re always happy to help! You can reach us easily by phone or email, but the best way to get in touch is by using our contact form right here on the website.

You are also warmly invited to visit our school in person, or to meet us at one of the many fairs and open days we organize or participate in throughout the year. We love meeting new families and showing what makes our school special!

To give you the best possible guidance - about available places, admissions, or financial options - we will ask you a few simple questions, such as the age or grade of your child, whether your child’s previous education took place at a school in Poland or abroad, with an international curriculum or homeschooling, about their mother tongue and their level of English. It is also important for us, if one or more children from your family would join our school, and if you belong to one of our special client groups. Knowing more about your family helps us offer tailored advice and make sure your child has the best possible start at SAIL International School.

Trial Days at SAIL

At SAIL International School, we believe that a happy and successful learning experience begins with making sure every child feels comfortable and supported. That’s why it is so important for us to get to know your child - not just their academic background, but also their personality, interests, and needs. We want to make sure our school is the right fit, and that we can offer your child a safe, caring, and inspiring environment.

Especially for our younger pupils, we prefer to avoid formal admission tests. Instead, we usually invite your child for a friendly trial period of one to three days. During this time, they will join regular classes, meet future classmates, and experience life at SAIL first-hand. Our teachers and support team will also have a chance to observe and get to know your child in a natural, relaxed setting. A trial period is not only helpful for us. It is the most natural way for your child to see if they feel happy in our community!

If a trial visit is not possible, we will be glad to arrange an in-person or online meeting with your family. The meeting will be usually arranged with the one of our school management team shown below. This conversation helps everyone make the best decision about this important step in your child’s education. To arrange a trial visit, simply download our Visit Form (available here), sign it, and send it to us using the contact form above. We look forward to welcoming you and your child to SAIL!

Who You will Meet at SAIL

Admission Documents

Once your child’s trial day or introductory meeting has gone well, the next step is to complete the necessary admission documents. This helps us officially welcome your child to SAIL International School and ensure a smooth start to their learning journey! There are three main documents required:

  • Pupil Enrolment Form:
This form collects important contact information about parents and personal details about your child important for the pedagogic success and safe stay at our school. It also includes a checklist of additional documents needed to start school and receive a school ID.
  • Learning Contract:
The Learning Contract outlines the terms of your child’s education at SAIL International School. It is a standard agreement for one school year, and is automatically renewed each year unless notice is given by either side. Any changes—such as to the learning period, special arrangements, fees, or scholarships—are always clearly documented as an annex to the contract.
  • Data Protection Declaration:
As required by EU regulations, this document ensures your child’s and your family’s personal data are protected and handled responsibly.

For minor children, all documents must be signed by both parents, unless a different arrangement has been established by a court. Our admissions team will guide you through each step and answer any questions you may have.

Fees

After the Registration Fee is received, your child’s place at SAIL International School is officially reserved. We can’t wait to welcome your family to our school community!

Here’s a quick overview of our standard fees:

  • One-time Registration Fee:
This fee is paid once when you enroll your child at SAIL and secures their spot at our school. The current Registration Fee is 1000 PLN.
  • Annual Teaching Resources Fee:
This yearly fee covers essential educational materials and resources to support your child’s learning experience. The current Annual Teaching Resources Fee is 2500 PLN from Kindergarten to class P6, and 700 PLN from class P7 to H4.
  • Tuition Fee:
Tuition is the main fee for your child’s education at SAIL. It covers all core curricular classes, day care services, a defined range of extracurricular activities, and standard pedagogical and psychological support throughout the active school year (September to June). Please note, the tuition does not include additional services for special needs (such as a personal assistant during learning periods) which may require separate arrangements.
  • Because the Cambridge curriculum fees and educational costs differ for each stage, the amount of the tuition fee depends on your child’s class. Below, you will find a table with our standard tuition fees for the 2025/2026 school year.

Scholarships and Special Agreements

The SAIL Foundation is generally open to discussing special agreements with selected groups that contribute positively to our learning environment, as well as with partner organizations. This may include arrangements related to mother tongue support or broader cooperation agreements, which can incorporate partial scholarships. Interested parties are invited to contact our Management Board.

Within the framework of our available budget, we are also able to offer a partial scholarship to individual students who demonstrate strong, age-appropriate English proficiency, international learning experience, and a continuous commitment to academic achievement and school community initiatives. The tuition covers core curricular lessons in English and Polish mother tongue, the daycare center in Primary School and a selection of extracurricular activities and elective subjects. Lectures in other mother tongues or some elective subjects and clubs/activities may be invoiced separately.
